Dr. Cameron Rokhsar came to NSE Media after carefully vetting many reputable plastic surgery marketing companies. Dr. Rokhsar needed a partner that could deliver both a quality website design that met modern standards and devise an organic search engine optimization strategy that could stand up to his most respected cosmetic surgery peers in the New York / Long Island markets. Some things to consider when visiting the website:

  • The client altered the original design & code

We are very proud of the original medical spa website design that our team developed for Dr. Rokhsar; however, the current website design does not reflect the original. It was imperative that Dr. Rokhsar’s new website be designed and developed with all devices in mind and we delivered. In fact, NSE was expected to have the new website not only pass Google’s mobile test but score in the 90 percentile and we met that requirement as well.

  • Also score in the green for speed

Dr. Rokhsar’s website still resembles much of our original mobile design but we must express that the website has been altered a good bit so keep that in mind when viewing the current website.

Oh, this project is so near and dear to my team. We designed and built Dr. Rokhsar a truly awesome website and even started him down the road of a solid organic SEO campaign. However, the client and his new on-site manager decided they would handle their own SEO and updates after about 8 months. I think the world of Dr. Rokhsar and his new on-site manager and would love to take some credit for their keyword positions but that credit belongs entirely to them.
